It's never a good thing to see an expanding puddle under your washing machine or water heater and that's exactly what happened to us Sunday two weeks ago. We decided to turn off our water and wait until Monday, when David and Allen showed up earlier than promised and got to work. Not only did they fix the leak but they installed a nice (up-to-code) ball valve shutoff for the hot water heater. The leak had happened on an old repair on the hot water service side. I thought copper didn't degrade? Well, apparently, it does around here. Regardless, worth it. The replacement tubing will outlast the copper, I'm told, as long as we don't let it freeze. David & Allen were quick, thorough, and didn't mind explaining things to a DIY-er like myself. I appreciated their candor and professional work. 10/10 will hire again.

Dana Booth and Allen Schronk are very kind and professional. I contacted them for a leak inside house and made an appointment at 10:00am Friday. However, my insurance sent the plumbers out at the same time (somehow I didn't know) as the appointment made for Allen and the plumbers from insurance showed up earlier than Allen. By this time Allen was on the way to our home. Realizing what happened, I texted Allen immediately and told him not to come. He said yes without any complaint. It’s Sunday and it’s very cold. We called Maroon Plumbing for help to fix our college daughter’s broken pipe at her house, in the hopes that we didn’t have to make a 3 hour trip (one way) to fix it ourselves. Maroon Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing company and I wanted to take a moment to thank them for all the great work over the past couple of years. Yesterday, I called about a problem and Dana was able to work in a service call for us today. Blake and Allen showed up promptly and had the repairs done in plenty of time for our holiday guests who arrive this weekend. We had also hired Maroon for a large master bath last year. Ronnie walked us through all the particulars, gave us a fair estimate, and David and his helper did an excellent job with the installation, working with other contractors, and keeping the job site clean. By far the BEST company in town. I requested service online yesterday evening through their website and got a call promptly this morning from Dana (already a good sign since I cannot tell you how many have ignored my online service requests). She quickly scheduled me for this afternoon and Allen and Blake texted to confirm and showed up even a little early. They got straight to work diagnosing the issue (a pinhole in a pipe) and fixed it in no time. I had also received a separate quote for other preventative repairs in the past so asked Allen if I could consult him real quick since he was already here. After comparing the suggested repairs from the other company and looking around the house, Allen indicated that more than half of the recommended items were not really issues and he would not waste money on them. Finally, I had asked a question about an expansion valve on the water tank since I had one put in 2 years ago by Maroon Plumbing (or so I thought). Allen took a look and said one was not there and to ask Dana to see if she could comp that off my total today. WOW! I feel like I have been ripped off and scammed multiple times by technicians and various companies in town. Maroon Plumbing really does not "lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate others who do." I will never get plumbing done from another company. You have earned my business.

Ronnie and team were ahead of schedule and showed up two hours early. Coincidentally was amazingly convenient, and they were professional, polite and expedient. These guys rocketed through our drainage issue and had everything cleaned up and onto their next job in under an hour. Glad we didn't have to pay the after hours/weekend emergency rates, but they are still reasonably priced for the industry. While I hope we don't have to rely on them again (nothing personal, I just hope nothing breaks that Requires it,) if plumbing services are needed in the future, be it for repairs or upgrades, Maroon will be our first choice.

M5 Plumbing found the leak quick and fixed it as well. The leak was under the driveway and they managed to bypass that leak and run the pipe in a different direction. This saved the driveway from having to be busted up and then replaced. This also saved me time and money. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I had a huge project to excavate and replace old sewer and home plumbing lines at my home. This has been a long ongoing project and from the start of it, Maroon plumbing has delivered. Dana, the scheduler and the person most likely to answer your call is so lovely and takes the time to fully understand your needs and is very accommodating with scheduling your estimate. She maintains great communication so you can be up to date on visits and invoices as they come. Both Sam and Ronnie, who do the work on the ground are exceptional. They are clearly experts in their field, and they have the added skill of breaking down what is needed, and what can be expected so that as the client you are a part of the entire process with full understanding of what is going on. I felt heard and knew I could trust these two to accommodate my wants with what was needed for my home. Overall, the team is reliable, communicative, professional, and offer high quality services for a good value. I could not recommend them enough.

Our company manages the Brazos Valley Professional Building on Graham Road.
